Located at 242 Seigel Street, this 355,000-square-foot Bushwick film hub features six massive soundstages with 40-foot ceilings designed for blockbuster-scale productions. Developed by Bungalow Projects and designed by COOKFOX, the all-electric facility is wrapped in a sound-absorbing "fluted" concrete exterior and topped with a massive solar array that generates 25% of its own power — seamlessly blending high-tech cinema infrastructure with the neighborhood's industrial aesthetic.
