Designed by David Childs of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with MEP by Jaros, Baum & Bolles, the tower utilizes an ultra-high-strength concrete core and a blast-resistant podium to support 3 million square feet of Class-A office space. Completed in 2014, its MEP design features a specialized HEPA air ventilation system specifically enhanced after 9/11.
