Heat Recovery VRV T-Series (1,450 tons)
The largest VRV project in the United States, 740 8th Ave was commissioned by Extell Development Company and completed in 2026. The building is a 1,067-foot-tall supertall tower serving as a premier hospitality and entertainment destination in the Times Square district. The project, designed by ODA Architecture with engineering by WSP, features a unique "stepped" silhouette culminating in a massive cantilevered observation deck and a thrill ride at its summit.
