Built in 2023 by Tishman Speyer, The Spiral is a 1,031-foot commercial tower featuring a continuous ribbon of cascading landscaped terraces that provide direct outdoor access to every floor. The project, designed by BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) with structural engineering by WSP, delivers 2.8 million square feet of Class-A office space optimized for biophilic wellness and modern collaboration for major tenants like Pfizer and HSBC.
