Commissioned by owner Mitsui Fudosan America and delivered in 2022, 50 Hudson Yards stands as New York City's fourth-largest office tower, spanning nearly 3 million square feet of premium leasable area. The project, designed by Foster + Partners and engineered by WSP, features a unique white stone and glass facade with massive floorplates intended to house global anchors like Meta and BlackRock.
